Mill Road favourite Prana has launched new Street Bites and Tiffin Roulette sharing menus, showcasing a selection of lip-smacking casual dishes. Highlights include yoghurt chat bombs (crisp bread puffs filled with chickpeas, spiced yoghurt, tamarind and coriander), angry bird (chicken thighs marinated and roasted in tandoori spices, yoghurt, ginger and garlic), Sylhet masala fries packed with turmeric, fenugreek and masala sauce, and vegan baby biryani – as well as pau, the pillowy Maharashtra street bun.
