STEAK & HONOUR BREAKFAST CLUB The fry-up has been with the Wheeler Street burger joint revealing its new brekkie menu last month. It includes a deluxe full English made with quality ingredients, featuring a sausage patty, bacon, fried eggs, Heinz beans, hash browns, fried bread and juice, or halloumi given the Steak & Honour treatment, and mushroom for the veggie edition. Served 9.30-11.30am Saturdays, it’s perfect for fuelling a day of shopping, or seeing off a hangover!

CALCOTADA Head to Provenance on 19 April to celebrate Calcotada, a traditional Catalan festival that marks the arrival of spring. The feast will revolve around calçot, a tender and sweet Spanish onion grilled over an open flame, served with romesco sauce, plenty of wine, and Basque burnt cheesecake. EASTER TREATS Cafe au Chocolat, Green Street’s gorgeous, French-style eatery, will be stocking delightful Easter goodies including luxury chocolates sourced from France, Belgium and Switzerland. You can also

enjoy creamy organic hot chocolate while you browse.

WINE TASTING AT BURWASH Burwash Manor’s new wine shop The Wee Vinoteca is hosting a series of tastings over the coming weeks, starting with a spotlight on sparkling wines on 8 April. That’s followed by an indulgent evening of wine and cheese on 22 April, great everyday wines on 20 May and a rosé round- up on 27 May.

Eddington’s market square will transform into a huge pop-up beer garden this month, serving up great drinks, street food and live music from 28-29 April. This inaugural two-day event is free to attend and open to all; offering a chance to meet friends old and new, and explore this burgeoning neighbourhood. Expect a choice of craft beers, gins, spirits, wines and non-alcoholic beverages, plus food trucks and musical acts performing on the potting shed stage. The event runs 4-10.30pm on Friday and 12-10.30pm on Saturday. EDDINGTON BEER GARDEN
