Its festive three-course menu will be available from 26 November to 8 January for groups of six or more, with the option of hosting as a joiner party or private do with disco. On the menu is chicken terrine with sauternes jelly and celeriac remoulade, smoked trout, or spice-roasted winter vegetables to start. For the main course, decide between roast bronze turkey with chestnut stuffing, grilled cod or garlic roast cauliflower. And finish up with Christmas pudding, stem ginger panna cotta or bitter chocolate choux. For a small additional fee, you can also choose from a host of cracking canapes, including pickled mussel fritter with aioli, spider crab and chilli croquette, and raw beef and salted blackcurrant tart. It’s a veritable feast!
