On Sunday 17 November, Cambridge BID, in partnership with Cambridge Independent and Star Radio, lit up Christmas for 2019! With choirs, soloists, dance, musical theatre and much, much more, the stage was set for another fantastic day, and thousands of you joined for that all-important moment when the lights were switched on at 5pm. A huge thank you to everyone that turned up and, of course, the event sponsors Cambridge Independent and Star Radio for compèring the day. More city illuminations were also revealed on Thursday 14 November, when Cambridge BID held the first ever Cambridge Train Station Christmas Tree Switch On. Hundreds of people gathered to watch the beautiful tree at Cambridge Station be switched on, while Josh Lovatt, breakfast presenter from Star Radio, provided great music. It was great to see the crowd singing and dancing along. THE LIGHT FANTASTIC!
