and that I would fall in love and pursue a new creative outlet while in my late 30s. Q. What can you tell us about these photos? A. During our recent honeymoon to Crete, my goal was to capture the memories we created for how they really felt: the golden hour casting a warm light over the resort; the lived-in, quiet corners; the slow moments such as eating breakfast in bed, and warm Ana Sêrro for three months. No commitments, no deadlines and no pressure to perform. So, with my parents’ nostalgic travels in mind, I packed an old camera that I never really used and made a promise to myself that I would document every single memory we created out there so we would never forget those once-in-a-lifetime moments.
