The Katana 2 Gimbal head provides ultra-smooth movement and stable support for even the longest telephoto lenses. It can support 68kg/150lbs of equipment. It features an Arca-Swiss type attachment and separate locking and adjustment mechanisms. Constructed using anodised, scratch-resistant 6061 aluminium alloy, it is maintenance free. It’s designed with weather- sealed ball bearings that enable the head’s smooth movement, even in the harshest of conditions. The Katana also features over-sized knobs for ease of use. Camera and lens positions can also be adjusted using one hand, while maintaining a balanced position.

Before handheld gimbals became common, the main way all serious productions moved a camera was by using a Steadicam vest with an arm to attach the camera to – and it’s still the truly professional way. Steadicam has been shaping the world of video stabilisation for four decades now, and the A-HDVL15 Aero 15 is its new lightweight and easily transportable stabilisation system. It has a maximum payload of up to 8.5kg /20lbs and comes equipped with a harness, SDI cabling, quick-release camera stage and detachable base, two-section carbon fibre post, and tool-free gimbal. The A-15 is supplied with a 1000nit HD/SDI 3G 7in monitor as standard, choice of arm and vests, and battery mount configurations.
