We’re also witnessing a renewed interest in esports content from traditional broadcasters. HARRY GRINLING: 2018 was the year when AI truly hit the M&E industry in a big way! Now, whether this is genuine AI is very debatable (it isn't), but at least we are having the conversation. For me personally, I have realised that you need to take time when looking at these technologies. If you jump straight in there without a data strategy you can have a terrible experience of the technology, create a huge amount of data with no practical use, and have spent a lot of money with no business benefit.
