much-loved Cambridge institution NOVI. The kitchen at KOTA will focus on the Finnish concept of charcoal cooking and community dining. The word ‘kota’ means shelter and a place to cook in Finnish, and the restaurant promises to stay true to both, providing a space for the community to gather together and dine. Expect bright, boozy brunches alongside speciality coffee, and a chargrilled evening menu packed with barbecued flavours – topped off with botanical cocktails and craft beer. Exotic drinks and sharing plates can be found at new bar Dutch, which comes to the development as the second site for the owners of 196 Cocktail Bar on Mill Road. A fusion of far-flung flavours from all over the globe, the handwritten drinks list is made up of classic favourites, inventive twists and bold new creations. The bar sits right at the heart of the hotel’s intimate space, leading out to a courtyard. It will be the

sharing the site with a brand-new hotel: Hyatt Centric. It takes its name from pioneering computer scientist Alan Turing, and is comprised of 180 contemporary apartments. This is Locke’s signature; the one- and two-bedroom suites allow you to enjoy space to the maximum, whether utilising the extra room to relax, or employing it as a base while you explore the surrounding city.
