University in Finland, Kajastila began to develop motion tracking technology that gamifies regular exercise when combined with digital projection and fitness equipment. The resulting company, Valo Motion – based in Espoo, outside Helsinki – has installed its proprietary motion tracking system in sports and activity centres across more than 60 countries.
