FLUID HEAD The Befree Live Fluid Head has a maximum payload of 4kg, so takes DSLRs, mirrorless bodies and camcorders. With independent pan and tilt locks for exceptional control, it also accepts a 501PL sliding plate for easier camera balancing.

Lock the legs in three positions – 22°, at 54° and at 89°. The legs can also be folded back over the centre column for an impressive folded length of just 41cm.
CENTRE COLUMN Made from the same carbon fibre as the legs, the centre column gives a maximum shooting platform of 151cmwhen extended. It can also be reversed and replaced with a separately available short version.

Fortunately Manfrotto’s camera cages are designed to offer the same lightweight, high quality. The Camera Cage Small, for example, is designed for small DSLRs and mirrorless cameras including the Sony A7 series and Panasonic GH5 cameras. Weighing only 450g and with a safety payload of 5kg, the minimalist design provides several mounting points for accessories. The top handle is reversible so won’t get in the way when an XLR adapter is used, and can fold down when packed away.
