The eight-course tasting menu displays chef Daniel Clifford’s meticulous attention to detail, with every exquisite element showcasing the sophistication and style Midsummer House is famous for. You’ll get a drink, snacks and a 90-minute bouquet-making session – all for £25 per person (you’ll also leave with a beautiful bouquet). The Waterman is also taking bookings for the launch of its afternoon tea. Enjoy a traditional English high tea including scones, finger sandwiches, cakes and prosecco in its cafe No.30 for £20 per person. The afternoon tea is available on 21 and 22 March from 2pm until 4pm (bookings only). Take a

train ride through the gorgeous estate woodland, wander around the enchanted pathways on the Fairy and Elf Walk, or take part in some creative crafts and make your mum a handmade gift. There is also a new play area opening especially for the event, featuring a wooden train and miniature train station. Best of all, mothers and grandmothers can enter for free all weekend!
