The heart of the set-up features an integrated 256-port Artist digital matrix, the Bolero wireless intercom system with over 30 beltpacks and approximately 80 Smartpanels. Riedel’s solution plays a key role in enabling communications and coordination among the production and technical personnel. The show has ventured to diverse locations, such as Fiji, Las Vegas and Hawaii – each with its own communication obstacles. At times, the control room and sets were 100 miles apart.
