Outside Cambridge, among the chalky slopes of Saffron Walden, family-run Saffron Grange Vineyard is a 40-acre site dedicated to producing premium-quality sparkling wines. We run tours and tastings until October, which are informative but relaxed (pre- booking required), and self-guided Try Flight tastings, which give visitors a chance to enjoy our sparkling wines along with tasting notes at your leisure. There is also the option to pair the wines with cheese, charcuterie and seafood boards, all locally sourced.
