VSN ENHANCEMENTS VSN is presenting new developments for its media, traffic and planning management systems – along with enhancements in remote editing for both production and news. These new developments include updates to both VSNExplorer and VSNCrea. VSNExplorer has a new functionality for users to create dashboards, which can operate all the tools and functionalities of the system in a centralised way. Users can now create their own operation panels from the top menu of VSNExplorer and then customise them by combining different widgets that operate all the functions of the VSNExplorer. The VSNCrea system has a new
content scheduling module for non- linear, allowing for ease of integration thanks to its open architecture based on webhooks. Allowing users to plan the publication and unpublication of the content catalogue, the new module applies to several non-linear media and will create block programming in a customised way for each channel. It includes new integrations with video services like Vimeo and YouTube. Also, VSNCrea now allows the system to be contracted under a SaaS service modality, installed in public, private or VSN-owned cloud services at the user ’s choice. This contacting model offers unlimited access to the system from any location, cost reduction and a more flexible infrastructure.

OWNZONES CONNECT Ownzones has announced the release of three new features in its Ownzones Connect platform, including deep analysis, task management and search service. An AI-driven tool within connect, Ownzones developed deep analysis to save content companies time and money. The tool automates compliance editing, compliance editing, localisation editing and QC procedures. Connect’s task management service allows organisation admins to have granular control over user roles and permissions as well as task trafficking. It now allows organisations to assign specific tasks to relevant users, whether those are internal stakeholders or external vendors – without granting them full access to the platform. The other addition of a search service allows Connect users to enjoy a more elastic search experience; users can search for keywords in titles, metadata fields,
media items, virtual folders, packages, jobs and platforms.
