And now, with summer waiting in the wings, the lush parkland of the Wimpole Estate invites you to do exactly that with the return of its highly anticipated Sunset Series for 2024. Taking place on Fridays and Saturdays throughout July and August, fetch your picnic blanket or deckchair, some tasty refreshments and a favourite companion or two to settle in for a mesmeric evening of entertainment; whether it’s timeless theatre classics, brilliant ballets or thrilling debuts. Highlights of this year’s programme include the Folk Picnic (20 July, 2 and 24 August), where you can unwind against a backdrop of live music as you’re serenaded by talented local musicians.
