A FESTIVE FEAST FITZBILLIES

This beloved Cambridge bakery is pulling out all the stops this festive season, with several sweet treats and packages to choose from. Make sure you try the decadent chocolate gingerbread brownies – and, of course, its classic, crumbly mince pies. As part of the jolly afternoon tea, the bakery is also giving its well-known macarons a Christmassy makeover, with flavours such as clementine, cranberry and white chocolate on offer.

The Garden House festive afternoon tea is a treat you’ll want to savour, with sweet mincemeat and pine macarons, the sweetly named – and even better tasting – tirami-choux, scones and a selection of dinky sandwiches from roast turkey and stuffing to smoked salmon. If you’ve missed the Christmas window, fear not – the tea is available from 22 November to 23 January. The Christmas menu at the Graduate is another to have on your radar – expect a very glam affair.
