Over 15 classes will be on offer – including lakeside yoga, meditation and pilates – and all guests will be catered for by plant-based chef and nutritionist Melanie Hanspall of Love Nutrition Cambridge. “We want to educate people to take better care of their bodies and understand the benefits of looking after their health and wellbeing,” says Sara Ford, co-founder of Fresh. “Horsley Hale Farm is a beautiful setting for the retreat, and even though it’s not miles away from Cambridge or Ely, it will feel like a sanctuary.” As the holiday season approaches, Horsley Hale Farm is also welcoming bookings for Christmas parties, with the option of a smaller do in its on-site bar or a larger affair in a heated tent or marquee.
