Our positive behaviour support strategies focus on understanding the underlying reasons for behaviour rather than simply responding to the behaviour itself. This lets us guide learners towards more constructive ways of expressing their needs and emotions. Coupled with trauma-informed practices, we ensure every interaction recognises past experiences and their previous emotional impact, creating a safe and predictable environment where learners feel understood, supported and able to thrive.
