B ristol-based Distortion Studios has unveiled the south-west’s first permanent virtual production studio. This 200 sq m facility, which is part of Distortion Creative Group, is being powered by Brompton Technology’s industry-leading LED processing. Distortion Studios' managing director, Jonathan Brigden, said: “We believe their expertise in LED is unparalleled, so we had full confidence that they would be an excellent partner for this project.” The studio features Brompton’s 4K Tessera SX40 LED processors, driving an 11x4m curved LED volume and mobile LED panels from ROE Visual.
