The Tower Control Add-On, meanwhile, allows operators to move a tower up or down without using pedals. Also new to the market are two Flex Zoom lenses, part of Canon’s Cinema series, and a wireless microphone system from Deity. Meanwhile, Miller Tripods completed its Cinx Range for professional cinematographers, and DoPchoice revealed new light-shaping solutions, such as a universal Snapbox and the Sumomax kit.

Creative conversation

“I have decided that there are no bad ideas… it’s either not its time, or it’s not the right context.” Brett Goldstein graced the main stage to discuss his creative approach to writing, acting, stand-up comedy and everything in between. The conversation – moderated by Ashley Nicole Black – drifted from Goldstein’s background to what it’s like in a writer’s room, to fears, dreams and working with Harrison Ford. The talk was like watching two friends catch up, which it was – Goldstein and Black work together on Ted Lasso , which is now in its third series. Goldstein is also the co-creator of Shrinking , the host of Films To Be Buried With as well as the winner of multiple Emmy awards.
