Our team and mode of operation has proven resilient to crisis, while being patient and compassionate to those who are suffering hardship and adapting to the new reality. We have been doing a great job at continuing our operations with little to no differences for our clients and partners. While content production and the transportation industry unfortunately have been hit hard, the industry as a whole seems to be doing comparably well and was quick in adjusting to the changes in processes and everyday activities to make sure that digital video remains accessible to as many people as possible.

Our employees around the world have been working from home to help minimise exposure to themselves and their families. We have always given our team the freedom to work remotely, so working from home is business as usual for us. The infrastructure for operating our products and services is entirely cloud-based and decentralised, so our development, technical support and quality of our service is functioning as usual. CastLabs does not plan to attend in-person events in the upcoming future and we are monitoring the situation to make necessary adjustments, but our team is available to have remote calls and meetings. We have decided to help as many companies as we can in launching or advancing their video service, and are offering free consultations with a technical expert, along with special discounts to help schools, businesses, students, workers and parents to remain active and in business. More and more countries are requiring people to stay at home, which has resulted in a surge of demand for video streaming worldwide. It even led to bandwidth reduction by some services to reduce the strain on networks. That’s good news for all existing and recently launched streaming services. Social distancing is also driving a
