BBC Radiophonic Workshop A

collaboration between Spitfire Audio and BBC Studios is bringing the release of an unprecedented package of samples from the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, creator of audio for shows from Doctor Who to Tomorrow’s World , including the Tardis engine and Daleks’ voices. For 40 years, the Radiophonic Workshop was the place to go for the sound of the impossible – the unruly engine behind the music and sound effects of Doctor Who , The Goon Show , Blake’s 7 , The

These will be divided into Archive Content, Found Sounds, Junk Percussion, Tape Loops, Synths and a Miscellany.
