CURIOSITY FAIR EVENT A Country Market at Manor Farm, Bourn CB23 2SH is arriving this spring, building on the success of our makers markets and vintage and antiques fairs. By popular demand, we’re introducing a weekday event on Friday 17 April from 10am to 2pm, celebrating the best of local food and craft. Around two-thirds of the market focuses on food, with producers offering jam, chocolates, fresh fish, vegetables, artisan cheese, bread, cakes, spirits, South Asian dishes and more! Alongside this, discover talented local artisans selling candles, soaps and chopping boards. With a butcher and cafe on site, it’s a true taste of the countryside for all to enjoy. curiosityfairevents@gmail.com

DISHOOM PERMIT ROOM This Easter holiday, come and play Family Matka at Dishoom Permit Room. Dine in any Dishoom cafe with little ones (under 11 years) and ask your server to play Family Matka as you request the bill. When a wooden board, brass pot and single die appears, decide who will shake the pot and cast the die. Should you roll a six, your whole bill will be taken care of (for tables of up to 12). Of course, no matter what number is rolled, no little hands will go empty, all children will take home treasures. So, if you’d like your little one to feel like a hero, book a table or walk in and ask your server to play. Family Matka may be played Monday to Friday before 6pm, between Monday 30 March and Friday 17 April 2026. Book a table or walk in and request the bill before 6pm.
