Enjoy an evening of festive folk at Eddington when AWinter Union stop by at Storey’s Field Centre on 12 December. Comprised of five luminaries from the UK folk scene, this supergroup will delight with traditional carols and folk songs from both sides of the Atlantic, showcasing their exceptional musicianship and exquisite harmonies. It’s been a busy year for the group’s members, Hannah Sanders, Ben Savage, Katriona Gilmore, Jamie Roberts and Jade Rhiannon, and they’re readying themselves for quite a reunion, with vocals accompanied by dobro, fiddle, mandolin, dulcimer, guitars aplenty and a shruti box thrown in for good measure.
