consultation to discuss likes and dislikes, needs and wants. When the key details of the project are agreed, a home visit and follow-up presentation follows. During this we’ll measure the room, taking care to note factors that may influence the final design. Afterwards, we review the options available for the project and research the best solution to meet the brief.” At the end of this process, customers are invited back to the showroom to feast their eyes on a meticulous mood board of design solutions, from furniture to finishes, featuring a full 3D drawing of the design. Discussion then takes place to make sure customers are completely satisfied with the proposed plans – before getting started! “We’ve worked on many particularly exciting projects, from influencer and celebrity rooms to bathrooms in unique spaces such as boats – even a lighthouse!” Lucymai reveals. The Saffron Walden showroom is constantly keeping abreast of the trends to offer all the latest bathroom updates. “Focus is back on great, simple design,” she emphasises. “Minimalist brassware is proving popular, with sleek taps and showers offering a beautiful yet versatile option.
