BENRO HEAD HANDLES STILLS AND VIDEO The new Benro TH62 Tilt Head with Pan Handle is for content creators who are working with complex set-ups. This latest head supports payloads of up to 14kg, ideal for pro-level stills and video work. Precision-built using CNC- machined aluminium, the TH62 has a robust construction that prioritises smooth operation. Eight internal tension plates provide fine control of friction for fluid pan-and-tilt motion. A standout element is the rotating quick-release top-plate featuring an engraved scale, perfect for panoramic photography. Its clamp, compatible with Arca-Swiss, can also be removed for direct-to-head mounting. A spring-loaded universal thread supports 1/4in and 3/8in mounts, so the £135 TH62 is compatible with everything from mirrorless to cine cams. The removable ergonomic pan handle can be configured for left- or right-hand use, and the head attaches easily to monopods or tripods. US prices not yet revealed. benro.com

Manfrotto has unveiled its One tripod for hybrid content creators who shoot both photo and video. This marks the first release of a tripod purpose-built to meet the needs of both disciplines with a single design. The One combines a photography tripod’s stability with the adaptability and fluid movement needed for video. Key to its innovation are several new technologies, including Xtend – which enables all leg sections to be deployed simultaneously within a single, smooth motion – and Xchange, a quick-release system for swapping of heads, sliders or other accessories without tools. At the heart of Manfrotto’s design is a multifunctional centre column that

The ball head also supports 15° of adjustment when the tripod’s column is fully stowed, with a quick lock for secure connection.
