Sister brands Nanlux and Nanlite are owned by Nanguang Photo & Video Systems Company, with a large range of LED lighting that’s great value for money. The Nanlite range includes powerful COB LEDs in a range of sizes, as well as tube lights, bulb LEDs and LED panels. Keep an eye out for Nanlite’s latest Bowens mount zoom lens for LED hard lights – the compact Projection Attachment 25-45°. It creates precise pools of light and can be zoomed to different beam angles. At 2.68kg, it can be mounted directly onto Bowens-fit fixtures without an extra yoke. Amaran is the brand for content creators, while Aputure focuses on pro filmmakers. Both will be showing off their kit at the show, near their European HQs. Aputure’s awesome Storm Parallel Beam 70 pumps out an intense and ultra-narrow shaft of light when fitted to the Storm XT52 high-output LED. Amaran will be displaying its stellar Pano series, alongside other top lighting accessories for creating video content.

Godox will feature the new MG6K – its highest-output COB LED yet, which has an improved CCT range. It joins the Knowled series, sharing the same tough build and G Mount fitting. Godox will also display the MS60R and MS60Bi, compact 60W COB LED heads and the new AD33 Adjustable Diffusion panel, adjustable from hard to ultra-soft light. Also on display will be the AM1600R, a 1600W inflatable LED mat that’s 4x8ft or 8x8ft and uses an inflatable softbox design for diffused light and easy overhead rigging.
Audio-Technica is making great strides in audio for filmmakers. As a world leader in high-performance microphones, headphones, wireless systems and mixers, the brand knows a thing or two about sound. Explore the BP4029 mic, with its excellent off-axis noise rejection, for recording distant sounds on a camera. It excels at picking up natural ambience without distortion. Canon always has a huge selection of its hardware on display, including mirrorless cameras, the Cinema EOS range, lenses, camcorders, PTZs and production monitors. But the highlight of the stand will be the EOS C80, a full-frame hybrid camera that’s winning lots of fans around the world. Also on show will be the EOS C400, which boasts a stacked 6K sensor with triple base ISO, RF lens mount and internal 6K/60p Raw shooting, as well as 4K/120p in high-quality 4:2:2 10-bit, plus the latest-generation AF to top it off.
Sigma creates unique lenses in mirrorless AF fitments, as well as cine primes and zooms that share design features with its range of Art prime lenses. But the stars will be its line of fast, full-frame cinema primes with T1.3 apertures across the board. The Aizu Prime Line is a set of 12 large format cinema lenses from 18-125mm. All lenses cover a 46.3mm image circle, so are fully compatible with full-frame and large format systems like Arri’s Alexa LF. SIGMA STAND 12.F55
