The event is run by Cambridge Business Improvement District (BID) – the local body dedicated to creating a world-class experience for all those who visit, live and work in the city. “We are thrilled to once again highlight the exceptional talent and creativity of our local chefs and restaurateurs. Cambridge is home to some of the most talented and innovative culinary minds, and we are excited to give people the chance to experience their incredible food at an affordable price,” says Natalie Cargill, head of marketing and communications. In an exciting update for 2024, a diverse range of price options has been introduced to accommodate every type of palate and preference. Diners can choose from the enticing options of £5, £10, £15, £20 and £25, ensuring that everyone can savour the culinary delights Cambridge has to offer. Elsewhere, those craving a more indulgent fine-dining experience will delight in the higher-end £30 offering available in select venues. “I’m really looking forward to Restaurant Week,” adds Maria Manion, chief executive at Cambridge BID. “It’s a great way of trying out as many of the brilliant eateries we have in Cambridge as possible. I’ll be checking out a few of the lunch and evening offers, encouraging my family and friends to come into the city for a bite to eat. In addition, this is the perfect opportunity to support local businesses and contribute to the heart of our community.” One of the participants is local favourite Nanna Mexico, which will be treating customers to its killer deal of a Big-Ass Burrito with an accompanying soft drink, tortilla chips and salsa for just £10. “For us, Restaurant Week is a great way

to remind Cambridge that there is a vibrant and independent community of restaurants who care about providing food that is good for everyone,” shares Luis, speaking from the restaurant.
