What one thing does the company need most? What MTH Studio needs most right now is dedicated development talent to help scale its creative and operational capacity. Specifically, the studio is seeking an experienced producer and development lead to drive internal fundraising efforts, build relationships with aligned funders and partners, and shepherd projects from concept through production and distribution. This role will be key to supporting MTH Studio’s growing slate of installations, films, XR projects, commercial work and live performances, all while ensuring that each project has the structure, support and visibility it needs to thrive.
