Daniel Clifford’s astonishingly creative, flawlessly executed dishes, focus on purity of flavour and reverence for ingredients. Diners travel far and wide to experience the lunch and eight-course tasting menus. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2002, followed by a second in 2005, and also proudly holds five AA Rosettes. It is open Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.
