Banana bread YOU WILL NEED

• 190g light brown sugar • 80g dark brown sugar • 255g plain flour • 200g butter • 3 eggs • 3 bananas • 5g cinnamon • 9g bicarbonate of soda METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 170°C. 2. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. 3. Add the eggs slowly. 4. Once combined, add the banana, then all the dry ingredients. 5. Place in a 1kg baking tin and bake for 50 minutes. Check it’s cooked all the way through, if not return to the oven for another ten minutes.
