COUNTRY: Belgium STARTED: 2015 TINKERLIST

What’s your origin story? My name is Jurgen Stojku, and I am the head of marketing for TinkerList. The company was created by Erik Hauters, who has 15 years of experience as a television director of talk shows, music, panel and game shows. His first-hand observations of the many frustrations of editors, directors and producers gave way to TinkerList – a unified, online platform for supporting creative television. What is the company working on right now? TinkerList is working on enhancing its ability to build automation. That can be as simple as managing a playout software, or allowing for a real one- man-band production, depending on arrangement. Decide how far you want TinkerList to build your automation. Scripts may be written with automatic formatting, rundowns can be created, content organised and TV and radio shows planned and scheduled. You can also have all your devices always in sync – in the studio or out and about. TinkerList allows fluid movement across the content production chain, freeing up time, energy and creativity to concentrate on making high-quality TV shows. It includes all the tools and procedures necessary, so as a result you can save up to 25% of your time and money. What is the next step? TinkerList is leaping on with developments to launch a new platform, Cuez. This software will streamline the journey of media from script all the way to airing – and in the studio, enabling large-scale, one-man-band production. From established broadcasters to single streamers, there will be no running between terminals or aimless scrolling through long files, just one seamless, stress-free process taking your media to its destination. With Cuez, write your scripts and sit back as things are taken care of for you – getting you on air with style and finesse. But most importantly, TinkerList will gain wider critical-trend capabilities for screenwriters and editors, for a better storyline in their media output! What one thing does the business need most? TinkerList is at a crucial juncture and could benefit massively by upping the ante on software development. Expanding feature sets to provide bigger solutions to existing problems will be hugely advantageous. However, even more success can be unlocked with team growth. New members joining the TinkerList family could propel progress quickly. This growing need for an increased head count is essential, so there should be an active search for compatriots embarking on a journey towards greatness.
