It’s your chance to take your tripod up the Shard The View from the Shard is hosting two photography mornings on 22 and 29 March, from 8am to 9.30am. It’s your chance to shoot 360° views of London from levels 69 and 72 of western Europe’s tallest building and for these special events photographers can use tripods and other equipment not usually permitted at normal opening times. PRINTS FOR SALE Tony Ray-Jones died in 1972, age 30, but his images inspired a generation and helped to change the face of British photography. London’s Science Museum has six Ray- Jones prints on sale, chosen by Martin Parr. Strictly limited, the prints have been made from original negatives and printed to match Ray-Jones’s own style. Two sizes are available, unframed: 43x28.5cm, 15 prints at £450 each, and 53x36cm, ten prints at £550 each. For details, go to http://bit.ly/1dnQfjj. The Science Museum has been host to the Only in England exhibition by Tony Ray-Jones and Martin Parr and it’s now moving to the National Media Museum in Bradford.
