Will I get more if my camera or lens has the box, instructions and all accessories? Will I get less if it doesn’t? Ensure you include all the required accessories for the items you are selling. This includes a battery and charger for cameras, and the hood/collar on certain lenses. If you have misplaced a battery or charger, you can still sell the camera to us, but it will be subject to adjustment. This decision is based on the value of the battery or charger. Unfortunately, we don’t accept third-party accessories or grey-market equipment. Proof of purchase is not required for your kit. What if I’m VAT-registered? The prices correspond to the total amount we offer for your gear. If you are registered for VAT, please notify us at the beginning of the sales process, so we can take this into account in the offer. When completing the sale, send us an invoice that displays the net amount. After this, we will pay you accordingly. What if my equipment is not listed on your website? We have an extensive database of prices for all major manufacturers and products. However, in the event that we don’t hold a valuation for your particular item, one of our team will be in touch via email with a price within a matter of days.
