Fujifilm GFX100RF We take the new medium format digital compact

AT A GLANCE, you’d be forgiven for thinking the Fujifilm GFX100RF was an X100VI, as the styling is almost identical. Button layout is also nearly the same, except for a couple of new additions, which we’ll come to later. Overall, the camera feels great in hand. The top-plate is machined from a single block of aluminium, which creates pleasing, precise edges and solidity. This is complemented by the dials themselves, which enjoy chunkier knurling. There’s also a slightly larger grip on this camera compared to the X100VI, allowing an increased comfort that easily offsets the additional weight. Whenever an aspect DIALS TO DIE FOR Handy, tactile dials make switching aspect ratio, ISO, EV, shutter speed and aperture super easy
ratio is selected, the live view will be cropped appropriately, ensuring your composition is right in camera. This helps to make the most of the camera’s huge resolution, letting you zoom in to 45, 63 and 80mm (the full-frame equivalents of 36, 50 and 63mm, respectively). I enjoyed both new features. Seeing exactly how the image will look as a finished piece in camera adds that wonderful extra bit of excitement to pressing the shutter release. At the heart of the GFX100RF is the same 102-megapixel CMOS sensor and X-Processor 5 as the GFX100S II. This combination makes for good speeds and ISO performance. The sensor handled bright, sunny conditions well, with
