Here we are at issue 121, and we have just about recovered from the excitement of The Photography & Video Show. What a great event! It was fantastic to see so many like-minded people under one roof and indeed get our hands on all the latest gear. Thanks to all those who picked up a copy from the Photography News stand, as well as everyone who came to say hello; it’s always a pleasure to talk. But the burning question remains – did you prefer London or Birmingham? It’s been the subject of much debate here at PN since the show, so we’d love to hear your thoughts. Drop us a line with your preference and why. So, what have we got in store for you in this edition? Well, as you can see from the front cover, the greatly anticipated TIPA World Awards winners have been announced and we are bringing you full coverage. These awards set the benchmark for quality in the industry, so we’re always excited to see which brands and products came out on top. This issue also brings with it the launch of PN Photographer of the
unrivalled collective expertise is what makes the TIPA World Awards so prestigious. Consumers can be sure of a huge breadth of knowledge and complete impartiality, making these the most well-respected photo and video accolades out there.
