COUNTRY: USA STARTED: 2018 KLEARNOW.AI

What’s your origin story? I am Sam Tyagi, KlearNow CEO. KlearNow aims to simplify and digitise global supply chain and customs clearance processes, which traditionally rely on paper-based transactions that are labour-intensive, error-prone and time-consuming. Time is not something logistics providers have in abundance, so KlearNow created a smart logistics-as-a-service (LaaS) platform connecting data, people, processes and organisations across the globe. What is the company working on right now? KlearNow has just rebranded to KlearNow.AI to underscore its commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities. KlearNow.AI’s patented platform

can ingest and process data in any format, learn and adapt to each customer’s input, and is coded to auto-comply with relevant customs regulations, expediting the whole logistics movement from origin to destination. Since 2018, KlearNow’s AI and ML has enabled new levels of visibility, automation and productivity, reducing costs and creating better customer experiences. What is the next step?

KLEARNOW’S AI AND ML HAS ENABLED NEW LEVELS OF VISIBILITY, AUTOMATION AND PRODUCTIVITY

KlearNow.AI is expanding. Having just added the Netherlands to its global portfolio, KlearNow.AI aims to extend its European reach to more markets this year. KlearNow.AI is also deploying its customs data engine, allowing other freight forwarders and customs brokers access to AI and ML technology without having to create this internally themselves. What one thing does the business need most? For more logistics firms to embrace, rather than fear, the advances that AI and ML can bring to the industry. Through widespread acceptance of such innovations, companies can now evaluate business process improvements that eliminate manual rework.
