Cambridge-based company Elle-Events is launching a 12-week restaurant pop-up series at Cambridge Cookery that will showcase some of the city’s most exciting emerging chefs. Taking place each Saturday evening in August and September, the events kick off on the 7th – and will feature everything from South African cuisine to a seafood feast, as well as drinks from local breweries and wine merchants. Elle Roberts-Nissen, founder of Elle-Events, says: “The last year has been testing for everyone, especially the hospitality industry. It has been so sad to see so many weddings and events cancelled, or have numbers reduce so dramatically. So, I am launching Limited Elle-Editions to bring back some positivity for the Cambridge locals to enjoy, while helping to build brand awareness for all the wonderful independents that we have on our doorstep. • 5ml simple syrup • 20ml lychee juice • 20ml ginger juice • 5ml lemon juice • A generous dash of prosecco to taste • Candyfloss for the garnish STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE 1.
